Intelektualna in socialna vključenost jih naredi enakopravnega člana družbe. Le-to jim zagotavlja novo varnost ter preprečuje zdrs v revščino. Pandemija COVID-19 in njene posledice predstavljajo še večji izziv za to ciljno skupino in jo postavljajo v še večje tveganje izključenosti, finančne soodvisnosti in stiske.
- krepiti njihovo samozavest, samopodobo in motivacijo,
- omogočiti dostop do širše socialne in strokovne mreže.
Ciljne skupine razpisa: ženske priseljenke.

L'ORÉAL: She-FIT empowering immigrant women
The LOREÁL Fund selected our project proposal She-FIT to be funded in the years 2022/2023 and will be implemented in the years 2022 to 2025.
Women are among the most vulnerable target groups of the population, especially if they come from abroad, as they have to adapt to a new culture in many cases due to their spouse's international career path. Intellectual and social inclusion makes them an equal member of society. This provides them with a broader space of security and prevents them from slipping into poverty. The COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences pose an even greater challenge to this target group, putting them at even greater risk of exclusion, financial interdependence and hardship.
Women with a migration background are often limited to the contacts of their children and spouses, who through education (kindergarten/school and work) are regularly in social interaction with their environment. Our project aims to expand the interaction of women with migration background beyond these borders. Therefore, we will provide them with diverse, high-quality and innovative approaches that will enable them to upgrade their knowledge and competences.
Within the project we aim to:
- socially integrate women with a migrant background into all parts of social life,
- offer educational programs with an emphasis on acquiring knowledge of the (national) language, administrative procedures,
- equip women with migration background with digital skills,
- strengthen their confidence, self-image and motivation,
- enable access to a wider social and professional network.
Target group of the call for proposal: immigrant women.
In 2022/2023 the project is funded by the LORÉAL Fund for the Empowerment of Women with an overall amount of €49,950.00 for the mentioned period.
