WOWIT – tehnike inkluzije za priložnosti žensk na trgu dela

Cilj projekta WOWIT, ki ga financira Erasmus+ (KA210-ADU), je krepitev sektorja izobraževanja odraslih in izboljšanje priložnosti za učenje odraslih, predvsem ciljne skupine žensk. Z združitvijo treh različnih partnerskih organizacij iz različnih geografskih kontekstov se je ustvaril prostor za izmenjavo dobrih praks in izkušenj pri delu z različnimi ranljivimi ciljnimi skupinami. Partnerske organizacije s svojimi osnovnimi dejavnostmi obravnavajo raznolike tematike, ki se nanašajo na priložnosti za  ženske na trgu dela, hkrati pa tudi pomanjkljivosti, s katerimi se ženske soočajo na trgu dela. Namen projekta je opolnomočiti iskalke zaposlitve ter različne nevladne organizacije, ki delajo z ženskami in za ženske. Dejavnosti so razdeljene na dva glavna stebra: MREŽENJE in USPOSABLJANJE. Medtem ko prvi steber obravnava primerjavo med dobrimi praksami in motivacijskimi dejavniki za udeležence izobraževalnih tečajev, drugi steber združuje pridobivanje praktičnih izkušenj na usposabljanjih, seminarjih in delavnicah, ki so posvečeni različnim področjem. Poleg tega je v sklopu drugega stebra predvidena priprava metodološkega priročnika, ki bo povzemal izkušnje in vpoglede praktičnega dela.

Projekt sofinancira shema majhnih sodelovalnih partnerstev v programu Erasmus+ KA210+ADU. Volumen projekta znaša 60.000 EUR.

WOWIT - Women's Opportunities at Workmarket by Inclusive Technique

The objective of the project WOWIT, funded by Erasmus+ (KA210-ADU) is enhancing adult education and improving high quality learning opportunities for adults, in particular women. By bringing three different partner organizations from different geographical sphere together, a space has been created for the exchange of good practices and experiences in working with different vulnerable target groups. Overall, the participating organizations address with their core activities different topics related to women opportunities as well as disadvantages they are facing within the work market. The project aims to empower female job seekers as well as the different NGOs working with and for women. Activities are divided among two main pillars: NETWORKING and TRAINING. While the first addresses the comparison between best practice and motivating factors for participants for educational courses, the later compiles hands-on training experiences, seminars and workshops on different topics accompanied by a methodological tool that will be developed in the course of project.

The project is funded under the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU small scale cooperation scheme. Project volume: 60.000 EUR.
